Willard Eagle Scout Project

My name is Will Willard and I have chosen to pursue one of the highest ranks in Boy Scouts. That is the rank of Eagle with Troop 2540 of Lewes DE. One of the main requirements to achieve the rank of Eagle is to successfully plan and execute a service project that benefits the community. My project is to construct a 50 by 10 foot structure for the Kent county SPCA.
