Acquainting Delawareans with our state’s ONLY open-door shelter

Every year, in communities across Delaware, thousands of dogs find themselves lost, abandoned, abused or neglected.Seven days a week, every week of the year, we at the Kent County SPCA open our doors to them, providing what is sometimes a first — and sometimes the only — refuge for those dogs that have become the most unwanted among us.But our job doesn’t end there.
