Full time with benefits. Occasional weekends and on-call hours will be required. Prior experience as a Veterinary Technician is required. The Vet Tech Lead is responsible for managing the Surgical Team and Med III Staff. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; scheduling, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
